Who are we?
We, FOOD FIX, are an organization formed by a group of experienced food scientists, high-ranking professionals, and lecturers, all of whom have formal university education in food science and experience in diverse manufacturing companies, research, and regulatory institutions.
Our team members are located in Sri Lanka and abroad, and we have full-time, part-time, and voluntary members worldwide. Our knowledge and experience are versatile, and our network is huge.

How we are going to assist you?
If you have any of the aforementioned requirements, you can directly reach out to us via email, phone call, or WhatsApp to provide us with a detailed explanation. We will then classify these requirements into three categories: small-scale projects, medium-scale projects, or large-scale projects.
Small-scale projects will be promptly completed within the same day or a maximum of three working days. For instance, tasks such as verifying label accuracy according to current label regulations, preparing nutritional sheets, creating training presentations, obtaining FDA registration, and offering your customer-related opinions or solutions fall under this category.
Medium-scale projects necessitate in-depth discussions, meetings, preparations, experiments, and facility visits. These projects may extend over a minimum of one month or more for completion. Examples of medium-scale projects include implementing standards like BRC, FSSC 22000, ISO 22000, HACCP, and GMP, conducting food safety training sessions, initiating new product development projects, and organizing internal auditing programs.
Large-scale projects, on the other hand, might span six months or more for completion. A portion of our team members will be fully dedicated to the project, with others providing support as needed. Examples of large-scale projects encompass designing an entire functional food manufacturing facility from scratch, overseeing aspects like plant design, product development, commercialization, and obtaining certifications. Implementation of Food Safety Management Systems (BRC, FSSC 22000) to the large-scale food manufacturing facilities with broader certification scopes would be also fallen into the large-scale projects category.
