Founder’s note

Since oxygen and water are still freely available, food can be considered the most valuable essential for all living beings.

There were famous sayings,

“You are what you eat.”

“In the eyes of a starving tiger, you’ll understand—you are food.”

“Food is the foundation of prevention; medicine is the remedy when prevention fails.”

“Health is the ultimate profit”

“You do everything else because you have enough food to eat”

“The moment food passes your throat, it’s beyond your control. So, shouldn’t you be smart and careful about what you eat?”

These makes one thing very clear: understanding food is not optional—it’s essential. Yet, how much do we really know about it? When the knowledge is lacking, it’s easy to spread myths and misinformation.

At Food Fix, we are a passionate team of professionals with specialized knowledge and experience in food science, food processing, and international food safety and quality standards—knowledge and experience that is both rare and critically important.

Our mission is focused on three core areas:

1. Supporting the Food Industry

We help food manufacturers and service providers navigate international standards (such as food safety certifications essential for exports), regulations, product development, factory setup, staff training, and more.

2. Educating the Public

We believe that everyone deserves to understand the food they eat. We are committed to raising public awareness about nutrition, food safety, and healthy eating habits—contributing to a more informed and health-conscious society.

3. Challenging Food Myths with Science

Using evidence-based knowledge, we aim to correct the widespread misconceptions about food and nutrition that have taken root in society.

With a strong network both locally and globally, Food Fix is positioned to support food businesses of all sizes—whether you’re a small-scale home-based producer or a large multinational company. If your work involves food, there will be many things that we could support you with to ease your work.

Even though you are not directly related to food, still we can get together and share our knowledge in educational sessions (especially for companies, schools, universities, etc.)

Together, let’s build a community that is smarter about food, healthier in the body, and a smile in face.
